The Device Detail Side Panel provides a "digital twin" view of a physical label. It allows users to: 

  • Verify visual content
  • Change operational modes
  • Manage the link between the hardware (ESL) and the product ID
  • View Transmission Timeline

Device details can be accessed from three different sections:

  • ESL app: as part of the Performance tab
  • Reports: as part of the ESL Error Report
  • Device Management: as part of the ESL tab
