Beyond the data grid, the top menu bar provides high-level administrative functions:

Global Search Box 

Allows users to filter the active grid immediately by typing in a specific ESL ID or Product ID code.

• Values that match the searched characters are highlighted in blue. 
• In the event  the query returns no matches, the data table will clear and display the 'No Results Found' state.
• To clear the search, click on the x in the search bar. 
   

Filter Toggle Button

Opens an advanced configuration panel to isolate specific subsets of data, such as narrowing the view down to specific display modes, sizes, or failure types. The filter options are context-aware and update dynamically based on the active data present in your grid. Options will only appear in a filter dropdown menu if there are matching records currently available on the screen.

Request Report Button

Generates an on-demand Excel export of your filtered device records for backroom auditing or escalation reports.

Link Button

Launches the manual hardware association modal to pair a device right from your desktop workspace. Learn about manual linking here ↗.
