The order Summary page is designed for rapid access to specific bulk update data like an Ad Break By using the Date Selector, you can audit the results of price and promotion updates for any specific day within the last month.
To streamline your workflow, the date selection tool is located directly on the main header of the ESL Orders page.
- Default View: Upon login, the page automatically defaults to the most recent order date, ensuring you are viewing the most relevant data immediately.
- Single Date Selection: For this version of storeLink, the interface is optimized for single-date review. This allows for a focused analysis of one specific update cycle at a time.
- Historical Access: You may select and review orders by effective dates for the past 30 days.
Understanding Order Statuses
Each selected date will display a high-level status indicator. Use this to determine the current state of the deployment:
- Not Started: The order is currently queued in the system, but the effective date and time have not been reached, and the transmission process has not yet begun.
- Processing: ESL updates for this date are currently being transmitted to the stores. Data in the Summary table will update dynamically as labels are updated successfully.
- Completed: All ESL updates for the selected date have been processed and transmitted to the store network.
- Failed: The entire order failed to deploy. In this state, no devices were updated successfully, and immediate technical intervention is required.
Data Availability
The calendar tool is "data-aware" to save you time during your search:
- Active Dates Only: The selector only allows you to choose dates where ESL order data is available.
- Visual Cues: Dates with no associated order data will be grayed out or non-selectable, preventing "no results found" errors and ensuring you only navigate to days with actionable information.
| 💡Pro-Tip: Auditing Past Deployments - If a store reports a pricing discrepancy from a previous shift, use the Date Selector to jump back to that specific effective date. This allows you to verify if the labels were successfully Verified or if a specific Error Type prevented the update from going live on that day. |
