The order Summary page provides a centralized view of price and promotion updates across a retail network. It allows users to monitor the status of labels in real-time, ensuring that shelf-edge data is accurate and synchronized.
It is the default landing view. It provides a high-level breakdown of specific order batches, categorized by regional store groups and individual stores corporate users. Store group users and store users will only see their store group or store related data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
At the top of the page, for corporate users the system displays six primary metrics to gauge the health of the current order:
- Divisions: The total number of store group included in the order.
- Stores: The total count of physical locations receiving the update.
- Estimated: The total number of label updates expected for this batch.
- Actual: The number of updates successfully transmitted to the stores.
- Verified: The number of devices that have confirmed the update is live.
- Failed: The number of devices that encountered an error during the update process.
Understanding The Summary Table
The main table allows for granular drill-downs from a corporate level to a specific store level.

| Store Group/Store Hierarchy | Click the chevron (>) next to a Store Group (e.g., Atlanta or Mid-Atlantic) to expand the list and view individual store performance. |
| Time Zone Tracking | Displays the local time zone for each region or store, ensuring you know exactly when updates are scheduled to go live. |
| Estimated | The number of anticipated device updates across the enterprise based on the Ad Break file we receive ahead of the effective date |
| Actual | The number of actual devices attempted to update across the enterprise once orders process on the effective date. This can vary from estimated. |
| Verified | Total number of verified devices with the success rate (%) |
| Failed | Total number of failed devices with the failed rate (%) |
| 💡Action Items & Troubleshooting - If the Failed count for a specific store is high, click the arrow at the end of the row to view the specific device logs. This allows store users to identify which physical labels require battery checks or signal troubleshooting. |
