For offline analysis, auditing, or corporate presentations, the Trends interface provides a robust on-demand reporting suite. This allows users to transition from high-level data to a portable, row-level format.

Generating a Report

The Request Report button is located at the top right of the screen. Upon selection, you may choose from three industry-standard formats:

• PDF: Ideal for static presentations and executive summaries.
• CSV: Optimized for data imports into external databases or custom analytical tools.
• Excel (.xlsx): Best for manual sorting, filtering, and internal record-keeping.

Export Specifications

• Data Structure: Regardless of the format selected, the report will export as a comprehensive grid containing all active rows and columns based on your current filters.
• Standardized Naming: To ensure easy organization and version control, all exported files are automatically assigned a standardized name: "Error_Report_[Date]."
